If you’re like me, you drink a LOT of plant milk! It’s just so tasty, and knowing it’s good for me makes me want to drink more, and a 1 litre carton might only last a few days (or less!) Amazing news- Sainsbury’s has launched a Deliciously Free-from cheese range, suitable for lactose intolerant or those with allergies, and vegans! These might definitely be worth a try if you have a local Sainsburys near you, and they launch in UK stores from today (28th Sept 2016).
After trying all sorts of tasty jackfruit dishes at various gatherings, fairs and meets I had to try making it home- as a mexican-inspired BBQ pulled jackfruit taco / fajitas.
