Our Kimchi is naturally and traditionally fermented using organic ingredients, unprocessed Cornish Sea Salt and nothing else but love and time. This method of preparation has been used for thousands of years to enhance and preserve the nutritional value and flavour of food.
During this process, the nutrients and natural bacteria present in the vegetables are multiplied, and other compounds that were not present before, are produced. The final product is packed full of beneficial bacteria, that helps promote good digestion and a healthy gut.
